the staff seemed rude and unhelpful, making us feel uncomfortable when we asked for assistance. we were disappointed that we couldn't buy a cup of coffee after our spa treatments, as the bar didn't serve it and we weren't allowed to enter the inside bar with our bathrobes on.

During my stay at Ego Spa, I had the pleasure of experiencing their exceptional spa services. The massage I received was truly amazing and the spa specialists were professional and knowledgeable. The after-spa rest area was one of the best I've seen. The food at the Ego restaurant was also a highlight of my stay, with delicious meals and excellent value. I also appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly, allowing me to bring my furry friend along for a relaxing weekend.

The lack of indoor pools and saunas in the main building was a bit disappointing, as it required going outside in the cold weather to access them.
